In this 6-week series designed to utilize nighttime dreams as a reflection of the mythology that we live by. We will begin to understand our own beliefs and how they are asking in our dreams for growth and change. We will learn techniques in dream recall, dream incubation and awake dreaming. In a small safe community we will study the basics of dream work so that each individual can create their own dream groups to support, stimulate and enhance the changes in their life.

All dreams come to us in the service of health and wholeness. They are available to every one of us every night even if we have not yet developed the skill to remember and garner their profound wisdom and guidance. Dreamwork is a practice which opens us to new ways of perceiving, discerning and creating, revealing more choices in life. An expert is not necessary but some initial guidance and more importantly community is, as we turn our awareness to the images of our psyche.
